Project Manager – Payment Gateway (InterSky E‑Way)
As Project Manager for the InterSky E‑Way Payment Gateway Implementation, I led a critical transformation initiative aimed at enhancing the security, reliability, and efficiency of Cloud Software’s payment processing capabilities. This project was designed to modernise the payment infrastructure, reduce operational risk, and support the company’s broader digital transformation strategy.
My responsibilities included defining project scope, establishing governance structures, coordinating technical and business teams, and ensuring alignment with compliance, cybersecurity, and financial‑control requirements. I worked closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, robust testing, and operational readiness. The new payment gateway not only improved transaction security but also optimised processing workflows, reduced manual intervention, and strengthened Cloud’s ability to support diverse customer and partner needs.
ionMy Project Implementation – SaaS Governance, Quality, and Risk System
I also led the implementation of the ionMy SaaS platform, a comprehensive quality, compliance, risk, and governance management system used to record and report incidents, hazards, risks, maintenance activities, feedback, and continuous improvement actions. This project required a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational processes, and organisational governance structures.
Reporting directly to the CEO and the Samarinda executive leadership team—including community services, residential services, IT, finance, HR, quality, and compliance—I ensured that the system was configured to meet organisational needs, support audit and accreditation requirements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. My work included stakeholder consultation, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and change‑management activities to ensure successful adoption across diverse operational teams.
