I am experienced in all aspects of owning a hospitality business and large scale event management. I have managed the entire catering offering at a variety of events including 6 years of Floriade, Australian Golf Opens, 5 day test matches at Manuka Oval, Brumbies, Raiders, GWS, multiple concerts including a 70,000 person Red Hot Chilli Pepper concert.
