A seasoned BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Senior Manager with over 20 years of extensive experience in the industry. Recognized for her exemplary leadership, strategic vision and deep understanding of operational efficiencies, she has consistently delivered exceptional results in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

My main line of work over the past few years has been mainly on customer service and leadership capacity. As I'm currently furthering my education in the IT segment, I am keen to look for part-time job that would allow me to do both school and work.

I'm currently taking Advanced Diploma on IT, Telecommunications Network Engineering in Brisbane, CBD for 7 months now. While i have not practiced and applied the learnings from the indicated course, my undergraduate course in Bachelor of Science, Banking and Finance has led me to move up the corporate ladder up to Senior Operations Manager in BPO industry in the Philippines over the last few years.
