About

I am a developing data and reporting analyst with more than 10 years of frontline experience across disability, mental health, youth, out-of-home care, allied health and community services. I use Excel, PostgreSQL/SQL and Power BI to clean and validate data, investigate trends, develop dashboards and communicate findings clearly. I bring practical knowledge of service delivery, quality, incidents, safeguarding and client outcomes, supported by training in data analytics and business analysis.

I am particularly interested in reporting, data quality, performance and insights roles within community services, healthcare, disability, aged care and government.

Roles have included Youth Worker (Out Of Home Care), Allied Health Assistant and Disability Support Worker.

I supported children, young people and adults with complex needs across disability, mental health, out-of-home care, allied health and community-service environments.
I maintained accurate progress notes, incident reports, shift records and handovers while protecting confidential and sensitive information.

•I identified documentation gaps, service risks and changes requiring follow-up and escalated concerns through appropriate channels.

I coordinated daily activities and communicated with families, carers, therapists, clinicians and service teams to support continuity of care.

2026 | Aged Care Quality and Regulatory Performance Analytics | Independent portfolio project

I used Excel, PostgreSQL/SQL and Power BI to analyse public complaints, SIRS incident and worker-regulation data.
I developed a source register, data dictionary, validation controls and clean analytical tables.
I reconciled 295 complaint records, 95 worker-regulation records and 80 SIRS incident records and investigated missing values, duplicates and reporting inconsistencies.
I built a Power BI data model, DAX measures, KPI cards, filters and reporting-period visuals while documenting limitations caused by changes in reporting methodology.
