I'm Tom Gregory, a designer, retoucher and illustrator. Born in London, UK, and raised on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, I have always been captivated by the surrounding national parks and beaches. With over two decades of experience in the retouching industry, I have not only honed my craft but also transitioned into leadership roles where I excel in mentoring and sharing my wealth of knowledge with emerging talents.
My expertise has contributed to renowned Australian publications and prestigious property listings. Notably, multiple properties featured on Channel Nine's The Block TV show have benefited from my skilful touch. As one of the selected participants in the Sydney D&AD Shift 2023 program, I had the privilege to work for high-profile clients, including ADIDAS, Fossil Fuel Treaty, and Google.

Developed my Photoshop editing skills: Working on 15 monthly magazine titles I produced a variety of high-end imagery for publication use.

D&AD SHIFT PROGRAM
Through Shift, D&AD aims to create an accessible space for self-made talent to learn from and connect with the industry, establish a network and find job opportunities. Learning about advertising, design and branding principles, we worked on client briefs from ADIDAS, Google and The Fossil Fuel Treaty.
