• Determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans to meet daily and weekly output targets, quality standards and cost objectives
• Planning production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements — including preparation of production schedules using Meat Matrix production planning software
