• VOIP Solutions Design (IP PABX, Call Center, Audio/Video conference etc.)
• Cloud Phone System Design & Implementation (3CX, SBC, Firewall/Router configuration for Voice, TCP/UDP understandings, VPN configuration, remote phone)
• SIP Trunk Troubleshooting
• Voice system multi-site design
• IP Phone Set Experience (Fanvil, Yealink, Grandstream etc)
• Gateway Experience (Yeastar, Dinstar, Grandstream etc.)
• CRM Integration
