With a Master of Science degree on Food Technology as technical expert, motivated to work with donor communities for sustainable livelihoods programes in developing countries through Stakeholders’ Relation, Advocacy and Partnership Management.

• Have more than 26 year’s professional experience in the different domains in development areas of Bangladesh and Master of Science degree on the Food Technology as technical expert. 
• In my service tenure 10 years practical experiences on Managerial professional in CCA, DRM and Resilience Programs and experienced in policies, legislation and programmes on labor law and related issues, including poverty reduction, and education. 
• Proven experiences working with international organizations and humanitarian actors for coordination and effective communication with donor agencies like the World Bank, USAID, UKAID, EU, DFID, UN-WFP, UN-FAO, NNGOS, LNGOS and private sectors. 
• Demonstrable experience of sensitivity and best practices in working with communities and have good interpersonal skills, analytical and negotiating skills with an excellent ability to work in a team.
• Sound expertise of participatory development approaches and their usage with agriculture, nutrition & gender focus in the livelihood context. 
• Worked in consortium manner to implement a larger project with multi sectoral approaches and collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including local businesses, government agencies, and community-based organizations (CBOs).
• Highly skilled in maintaining relationship with high-level public & private-sector actors, I/NGOs & Govt. line departments and service providers.
