Roles & Responsibilities: Achieve the desired quality level set by the management / Brands from all our vendors. Head of QA, comprising of 10 staff members encompassing 2 garments technicians, 2 Fabric technicians,1 Sr.QAI & 5 QAI.

• Currently handling $ 75 Million business across 10 International Brands like Belk, AVON, Full Beauty Brand (FBB), Colony, LIBRA, Stich Fix, Boscov's, C&B(Crates and Barrel), and SHAWS.
• Handling multi-products like Knit & Woven, Sweater & lingerie, Ceramics & Home products 
• Responsible for leading Quality, Technical, and fabric & Color teams. 
• Responsible to do TE(technical evaluation) audit, before order placement. Review CTPAT, SEDEX & QMS. 
• Responsible to work to get on factory onboarding & work on process developments with the compliances.
• Responsible to train Factory root levels, sample section, fabric team, and Quality & compliance team based on the customer expectation
• Responsible to identify the RISK again the order placement & set a GOAL through HRS (High-Risk Strategy). 
• Responsible to review Factory KPI and raise process improvement plan to ensure targets are achieved.
• Participating in and reviewing random QA inspections and taking action to get further improvements.
• Responsible for setting systems and process improvements to upgrade factories' efficiency & performance.
• Do Focus on QA inspection events, especially on PPM, Pilot run, Initial, Inline,& Final inspection & comments.
• Monitoring the daily QAI schedule, QA time plan, QA Inspection reports then feedback to the team. 
• Manage the day-to-day inspection activities to ensure procedures are followed by each of the members.
• Monitor each factory's performance by month, by comparing scorecards and advise improvement or CAP.
• Frequently visit the factory to review the process /product on the ground & justify the client's requirement.
• Do Product safety(mold, kids safety, insect) audits monthly basis & install the right process to get it fixed.
