I have working experience in UNDP Bangladesh, UNFPA Bangladesh, USAID Bangladesh, World Vision Bangladesh, Chars Livelihood Program of DFID, SEIP of ADB, BRAC, and Food for the Hungry, especially in Monitoring & Evaluation, Research, Learning, Information & Knowledge Management, Data Gathering, Data Analysis, and Report Writing. I have working experience in rural and livelihood development, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Public Health Services, Humanitarian Response for Rohingya, Flood, Cyclone, and Skills for Development and Women Empowerment Programs.
Have demonstrated working experience in Logical Framework, Results framework, and Result Based M&E Plan. Have proven experience in the baseline survey, mid-term evaluation, and final project evaluation. Have experience in Data Quality Assessment (DQA). Have plenty of experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual report writing for the organization and donors as well. Have research expertise in the academic and development field with qualitative and quantitative methods. Have experience in information management and building central database management systems. Have skills in online data collection, data munging, data analysis, graphical presentation, and report writing. Have demonstrated knowledge of web-based M&E systems. Have good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, JASP, PowerBI, Google Sheets, and ODK/KoBo. I have excellent interpersonal communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English and Bangla.
