• Preserve the rent deed for all office, depot, branch, and factory spaces of THL; maintain a database of deed date and renewal date & take necessary action when renewal is required.

• Process salary sheet, stop salary, hiring salary, SD salary, Transfer and Promotion and Training Allowances every month along with HR and submit to HR.
• Maintain and organize employee files (Casual).
• Verify TA/DA reports and organize them based on company grade levels.
