Dear,
After obtaining my master’s in business sciences in 2013, specializing in strategic management, I began my career at Talent IT as a recruiter. There, I gained expertise in screening, monitoring, and searching for candidates. Subsequently, I progressed to the role of key account manager, gaining a deeper understanding of clients' specific needs to place the right person on the right project.
Effective communication, attentive listening, and guiding both clients and IT consultants were crucial elements in ensuring the success of the job.
After four years in the IT sector, I ventured into launching the new business unit OMcareers. Applying
Talent IT's detachment model to online marketing profiles, I experienced one of the most enjoyable and enlightening phases of my career. This journey involved developing the business and go to market plan, assembling a team, and overse eing operational launch and expansion.
Following its growing success, the OMcareers brand and staffing service were integrated into the agency, where I served as the sales manager for OMcollective. Through a rebranding effort, we reevaluated sales processes, I coached three salespersons, and collaborated with digital marketers to devise strategies for clients. I’ve guided new business, new customers, and worked out strategies for sever al of our larged customers. Next to this, I managed the project and the team working on it.
In March 2021,
I started as a sales process manager and immediately began assessing the AS/IS situation and initiated functional introductory discussions with all stakeholders in the organization,
alongside the functional analysis of the CRM system. However, it became apparent that there was a greater need for operational/administrative support, and the expectations were different
This brought me to my last and current job, which I love very much. As owner and business manager ,
I work to gether with a senior digital marketeer (and some external partners) we started building our very own digital marketing agency. I’ve set the entire organization to work as efficient as possible,
take in the biggest leads, doe new business, account management, client strategy and project management in one. However, it turns out the company is too small for me to find my challenge .
That’s why I am open for a new challenge, that brings me back to working with a team, sales and marketing strategy, large accounts, and people management.
As a genuine people person with extensive experience in the B2B sector, collaborating with corporate and SME clients across all organizational levels, I bring a robust skill set in organization, a strategic overview, and proficiency in stakeholder and chan ge management. My firm belief in the power of interpersonal relationships underscores my conviction that individuals significantly contribute to an organization's success. Consequently, internal management and coaching methodologies are integral components of any organization I align with.
My expertise lies in seamlessly integrating sales and marketing functions for the benefit of businesses and the entire organization. I understand the pivotal role both departments play in fostering customer centricity, emphasizing the importance of a colla borative approach.
