• Setting up, co-organising and participating to meetings, events and trainings, whilst drafting the necessary documentation, i.e. agendas, minutes and presentations 
• Filing and centralising the documentation in a consistent manner 
• Respecting and supporting working and drafting practices, and keeping and maintaining the related documentation up to date 
• Setting up exchanges for best practices between German standards bodies and the European Standardization Committee CEN-CENELEC during two missions at the DIN German Standardization Institute in Berlin and at the DKE German Commission for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies of DIN and VDE in Frankfurt am Main

• Translating deliverables, speeches, reports, meeting minutes and mail related to the EU common agricultural policy and to the committee’s activities, from and into both English and French, and from German 
• Providing research pertaining to the EU common agricultural policy Practising cabin interpreting from and into both English and French
