In charge of developing the HR Tools related to payroll and administrative management. I develop the new way to manage the HR 2.0 in collaboration with the Payroll Manager and the HR Manager.

I lead project related to HR and administrate all the HR softwares.

• Developing those tools conducted to reduce by half the number of days needed to prepare and finalize the payroll
• Training around 50 employees to use HR tools System (DECIS), and being the first line support
• Leading, follow-up and coordinate new projects internally
• Maintaining and updating the software and the employees Data Base
