I worked for Packet core(PS) maintenance and project delivery about 4 years, Our main
Job were keeping the Core PS network stable, up to date and solving any issue related to that. when I joined to this team our network had been legacy technology and we changed our whole core network design to NFV. we do all nodes patch, version upgrade,
we must check every SW/HW issue on our NFV system. we must handle trouble Tickets that related to customer complains,KPI issues and do many aspects of this role. Our
Network had about 30 million Users and 1000 Private APNs. I did about 400 Daily
Changes and 130 Night high risk Plan activities. You could see title of them in below List:
Advanced in work with UGW (SGW + PGW) ,IMS UGW, MME, CGW & PGW
Advanced in work with NFV design (FusionSphere, Open Stack and ...)
Advanced in work with NFV Nodes (vUGW , vUSN , vCG , vEPSN, CUPS)
Advanced in work with Inbound/outbound/National and International Roaming
Advanced in work with APN Design, Troubleshooting.
Advance to lunch and inter-working between Core PS and IMS network .
Advanced in Pooling system of USN & UGW, we run pooling system on hole country for
USN.
Advanced in work with AMBR , MBR , GBR
Advanced in work with DPI , Header Enrichment , RG/SID , L3L4L7 Rules , Filters , FUP
Advanced in Optimization and planning scenarios
Commercially launch IPv6 for first time in Iran
Advanced in work with Legacy GGSN , SGSN , CG
