I have 27 years of experience working in senior leadership within the highly regulated health care industry (Medical devices and Pharma) in complex multi-cultural global & matrix environments across supply chain and R&D. My experience has built-up alternating between functional operation leadership roles and complex strategic program management roles.

Strong demonstrated expertise in setting-up and optimizing E2E supply chain operation/supply chain networks across distribution and manufacturing in international environment including Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures.

I have the strong ability to mobilize groups of people by making the vision into the big picture clear for people, obtaining their buy-in.
