Pfizer wants to be a digital leader and has created 6 different workstreams to create the manufacturing of the future who create solution for sites across the globe. As a Scrum Master I was involved with 2 workstreams.
I coached and facilitated 2 POs and 2 development teams (8 and 15 persons) in creating improvements within a new SAFe environment. During this time, I also completed my SAFe training and now I am a Certified SAFe Scrum Master (v6.0).
I got to work with projects that involved innovation and augmented reality. Each team had 6+ projects running in parallel in very different stages. From POC to development.
As a Scrum Master I facilitated the following meetings for each team in a sprint iteration of 2 weeks within a PI of 6 iterations:

As a Scrum Master I facilitated the following meetings for each team in a sprint iteration of 2 weeks within a PI of 6 iterations: - A daily stand-up - Every week a backlog refinement meeting - Every 2 weeks a system demo to the stakeholders - Every week a prioritization meeting with PO and technical lead - Weekly calls about the running projects with stakeholders - Every 2 weeks a sprint review and planning - Every 2 weeks a retrospective - Every 12 weeks preparation for PI planning with breakout sessions What I achieved as a Scrum Master: - Explained the purpose of the Scrum and SAFe meetings to the team members - Explained the use of JIRA and drawing out the JIRA Workflows - Made the team more self-sufficient - Set up better ways of communication with stakeholders - Coached the PO and business analyst to capture proper requirements and improved the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria - Coached an agile team with the transition from Kanban to sprints - Proposed optimization with JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence and Miro - Proposed automation for working with JIRA and JIRA Align - Onboarded new members Additionally, I also did business analysis for a different workstream. It all started with a small team of about 8 people developing an application for BASF. We were all working on our own little space but that was not very performant. From my experience I investigated creating a proper team that is communicating instead of individuals. We changed the workflow to soothe the organization better.
In the end I was Scrum Master for 4 different teams with about 30 people that were all working on full stack applications (Java, Angular, Mongo, SQL).
The 4 teams consisted of: 2 POs, 4 technical leads, 20+ developers, 3 testers, 3 project managers and 1 resource manager. Every team has a 2-week sprint where I facilitated in:
