P&L’s: Annual targets and budgets setting
Following EBITDA per site (Incomes, People Expenses, OPEX, CAPEX assets,...)
Network Development: (Integrated and Franchise network)
Boosting and weekly follow up on Food and Non Food margins Sales per category
(on Louis Delhaize, Esso and Texaco brands) + Occupancy rate of Hotel IBIS Heverlee.
Ensure Up and Cross selling
Ensure retailers sustainability, continuity in manned network and their profitability
(supplier selection + margins, opening hours,...)
