Hello!

My name is Pedro and I am a 27 years old Spanish guy that moved to Belgium recently!

I have a passion for people, cultures and helping, having had most of my work experience in anything related to guest relationships, customer service, horeca and hospitality in all its forms.

I am looking for the next step in my career while I learn to navigate the streets of Brussels.

I have worked in hospitality and tourism with a touch of guest relationship for the past 8 years, from the streets of Seville in Spain to fine dining in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

I have dealt with drunks, angry customers, uptight rich people, rush hours, unexpected situations or problems… you name it, but always with a smile and peaceful attitude.

I participated in multiple trainings on how to deal with customers complains and emergencies, being the most recent a short training on guest relationships during my period working in Saudi Arabia.
