Roxana Desmedt

I'm a mature individual that gives lots of importance to understanding the specificities of the environment I evolve in with a focus on learning how to move within that world creating value. I'm a realist as well as a creative, the latter comes more naturally and the realist in me is needed as a foundation for creative flow. I've been active in administrative support roles but also responsible for the management of big scale events, prospection, sales and account management.

Having a passion for coaching I've picked up the good habit of monitoring my internal compass with the demands and responsibilities of the moment, steer clearing stress by handling difficult situations with a healthy distance and discernment, picking up the hard conversations when needed. I’m in for that job that will allow me to take my place, where respect and open conversations are business as usual and where people truly want to achieve greatness and have a good time getting there.
