I am senior PhD. I have been working in the field of stem cells, molecular biology and disease modeling for about 16years. I am a knowledge-driven person searching for opportunities to work as a scientist in Canada.
I have worked in São Paulo University since 2006 in the field of molecular stem cell biology. Since then, I have graduated and got my doctorate in life sciences in 2015, and experienced working at Kyoto University (2014, Japan) and Harvard University (2017, USA), focusing on unveiling the mechanisms driving neural stem cell fate commitment and calcium signaling in Huntington`s disease. I have supervised over 10 students in their projects as undergraduate/master students.
I have published over 40 manuscripts in indexed journals, which some have high impact scores (over 10). Meanwhile, I have also participate and presented in scientific meetings, in which some I have been awarded.
