William Siviero

My career began as an apprentice in aircraft mechanics, machining, and sealing, where I gained valuable experience with the E195, E190, E170, and E175 models. Following this, I worked as a logistics operator in executive, commercial, and military aviation, as well as an expedition logistics operator in executive, commercial, and military aviation programs. Additionally, I completed an internship in product development engineering, working with the E2 model (E2-190/E2-195/WING), which provided me with valuable technical knowledge and experience.

Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of competencies, including production management, product planning and control, quality management, operational management, project engineering, logistics management, and expedition. I have led teams on every E2-190 and E2-170 prototype and have a thorough understanding of the entire assembly line process for both the E2 and E1 aircraft models.

One of the highlights of my career was working on missions in the United States, in Melbourne, FL, where I supported the delivery and assembly of executive aircraft and participated in pressurization problem-solving and pre-delivery quality finalization for clients. I also applied my training in quality defect mitigation during this time. (Visa Type L1)
