I give workshops on health and wellness, online as well as in person. I serve on three advisory committees The Mayors' Roundtable, The Advisory Council for the Senior Advocate and the Transit Police Advisory Board I am also President of our local seniors center association, which has just over 1000 members and I am the Vice-Chair of the Tri-Cities Seniors Action Society which has 1500 members. I also write, play golf, and enjoy life.
