Now, we need a high-motor Business Development Representative to help us bring our solution to colleges, universities, and trade schools across North America.
The Role: Architect Athlete
This isn't your average BDR role. We are looking for a rare hybrid: someone who can pick up a sophisticated AI-powered outbound system, and then has the grit to run it at high volume.
You’ll use tools to personalize outreach, but you’ll also be expected to hit the phones hard. We believe in "Smart Volume"—using technology to ensure that every one of your 100 dials a day is backed by elite research.

- The Architect: You love AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and systems. You’d rather automate a boring task than do it twice.
- The Athlete: You like the "grind." You view high-volume activity—calls, emails, LinkedIn—as the way you win the game. You like seeing your name at the top of the activity leaderboard.
- Relentlessly Curious: You’re constantly debugging your own process.
If a script isn't hitting, you iterate.
- Fast Learner: You pick up tools like Apollo, Instantly, AI tools in days, not weeks.
- The Builder: You are compelled to create. AI communication and Vibe coding are your newest hobbies to make your life easier and richer in every way.
The Mission
- Build the Engine: Design and “Operate” AI-powered workflows that optimize human education and qualifying conversations with prospects.
- Execute at Scale: Run a multi-channel playbook. That means high-volume dials, personalized emails & videos, and strategic LinkedIn touchpoints.
- Qualify & Book: Have insightful, high-quality human conversations with leaders in higher education, EHS, and workforce L&D, and book meetings for Account Executives
- Win: Hit your monthly targets. You like scoreboards. You like winning.
The Deal
- Compensation: $60k CAD Base Uncapped Commission (OTE $70k - $80k).
- Location: Remote (Must be legally authorized to work in Canada).
