We are currently recruiting for an Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
WorkCentive Inc is looking for passionate, talented individuals who enjoy a technical challenge (no coding).
Our service delivery model takes a rapid and iterative approach to quickly enable our customers to leverage the robust feature set of the incentive compensation management (ICM) software (Varicent, Performio and CaptivateIQ).
Those who excel at this role fit one of two "types":
- You have a technical background and are a people person
- You have a business background but enjoy a technical challenge (Advanced Excel or database experience is a significant asset to the role)
The Implementation Specialist will have 2 primary objectives:
- Requirements Gathering and Model Configuration for ICM implementations using our Rapid Deployment Methodology (We will teach you the software)
- Work with our team to continually revise and enhance our Rapid Deployment Methodology tools, templates, processes and solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for contributing to the success of WorkCentive led implementations of ICM
- Work collaboratively with the Project Lead/Manager. All Implementation Managers are player coaches in that they manage the project but are also doing part of the work with the Implementation Specialists.
- Continual improvement of the Rapid Deployment Methodology

- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships collaboratively with colleagues and external clients to address customer needs
- Display the confidence to guide clients on best solutions that are consistent with both the clients' and our organizational objectives
- Demonstrate a history of adapting methodology and improving on product and practices based on previous experiences.
- Convey a willingness and the patience to learn from and/or mentor other internal and external resources on the technical and functional aspects of ICM
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently to drive account objectives
- Express an entrepreneurial, self-starting personality able to take initiative and drive project to completion, delighting clients with high-quality deliverables.
Education
- Minimum Bachelors Degree and 2 years of work experience
Travel Requirements
- Between 10-20% travel (travel expenses covered)
