I've done customer service well enough to get my name mentioned in a five-star Google review in my last job.
I see my job as making it as easy as possible for a customer to do business with us.
I've done customer service, administration, and phone reception for eight and a half years with Pharmacy and Self Storage.
My specialty has been calling clients in arrears and negotiating with businesses that have fallen behind in there contracted duties.
In the last 8 years I split my work time between Pharmacy and Self Storage, and was I ‘go to’ worker. I was noted for voluntarily looking after office supply reorders and reconfiguring workspaces to simplify the workflow.
With each job the intention was long-term work, however both ended due to business takeovers.
I attended Trios College in Brampton, 2014 for a pharmacy assistant diploma.
The college was kind enough to recommend me for a pilot project with Shoppers Drug Mart (the patient contact center) because of several initiatives, mostly volunteering to do public talking first and helping other students if they were struggling.
