A compassionate Registered Nurse (CRNA) with over 7 years of experience in patient care. I am committed to providing friendly living environment while promoting independence and healthy lifestyles. Skilled in medication support, conflict resolution and working in a low-barrier housing environment. I aim to foster positive relationships with residents and staff and ready to contribute my compassion and expertise to uphold the standards of care ensuring a supportive community for all.

I have held several positions ranging from a Registered Nurse position to Personal Support Worker, and Resident Support worker. I am currently working as Personal Support Worker at Cheraka Rehab where I perform the following:

• manage and escalate behaviour and report cases directly to the manager
• provides medication and meal program support 
• conducts daily wellness checks and completes hourly round of the building
• recognize, analyze, and respond to potential emergencies
• monitor vital signs, administer medications, keep-up-to-date records of patients
• encourages and support clients to make healthy choices and practices
• perform housekeeping duties for clients

I have a bachelor's degree in nursing and also hold a valid license as a Registered Nurse with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.
