My journey in talent acquisition started with a leading technology firm, where I worked as a recruiter. During my time there, I was responsible for sourcing and hiring highly skilled professionals for various technical roles. I quickly learned how to assess candidates' technical abilities and potential, which helped me identify the best candidates for the job.

After a few years in recruitment, I transitioned into a Talent Management role. In this position, I was responsible for designing and implementing talent programs that helped identify and develop high-potential employees. I enjoyed working closely with the employees and managers to create personalized development plans that aligned with their career aspirations and the company's goals.
