🎓 I graduated from York University with a Post Degree specializing in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science that enables me to connect efficiently with technical folks.

📚 My career has primarily been in the Talent Acquisition Space where I've recruited for various roles (technical, professional, and business) for all positions from Associate to C-level executives. My colleagues know me for creating recruitment strategies, improving processes, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

🏔 In my free time, I like to watch the latest Netflix releases, play billiards, and am constantly on a hunt to watch the Northern Lights.

Currently working with Capital One as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, worked with another software development company named ETEAM in the past.

Prashant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science along with a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
