- Deliver a program of daily activities that are safe, creative, age-appropriate and inclusive of all participants
- Program planning; prepare weekly activity plans for approval and distribution to participants
- Work with staff in the program to create and deliver an optimal program for preschool participants
- Ensure the continued safety of all participants in the program
- React to emergency situations and behavior management issues in accordance to department approved procedures
- Perform administrative duties such as attendance tracking registration updates and incident reports as required
- Provide excellent customer service while updating parents/guardian and supporting new parents
- Provide additional support for other programs and services
