I have worked as a cashier at the restaurant named ‘The Art of Bawarchi’ in India for a year. My roles included greeting and serving customers, taking takeaway orders with speed and accuracy, checking takeaway orders for quality and consistency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Later on, I also worked as a Customer Service Supervisor for Amazon.com.

I has very crucial tasks assigned to me and with quick deadlines but I was able to stand up to the expectations. My key roles included Helping representatives with queries faced by a customer, Assisting with payments, billing, placing orders, taking in calls as a Supervisor, and subject matter expert, achieving results by working with staff to meet established targets., diverting calls to relevant departments, customer's information confidentiality, received appreciation for my work as well as promoted for the Supervisor, evaluated customer information to explore issues, develop potential solutions, and maintain high-quality service, boosted team performance by developing customer service training materials and conducting service training.

I have completed my highest education Grade 12th from a reputed and renowned college in Mumbai named Hinduja College with a GPA of 84 in the year 2022 from a Commerce background.
