• Works in conjunction with Maintenance Team to analyze equipment failures and quality issues to find root causes to determine the preventative and corrective action to be taken.

• High Voltage testing and corrective works - October 2017 to June 2018: Assisted in High Potential Test of all 12kV and 480Vcables on transformers and switch gears, di-electric test on 12kv transformers, ratio testing of transformers, oil sampling and testing of transformers. This was done to obtain electrical certificates.
• Factory lighting – February 2018 to June 2018: Design and installation of lighting/ illumination system to increase energy and cost savings.
• Line 3 and 4 Electrical Upgrade and Corrective works - November 2017 to June 2018: Simplifying the power distribution while increasing the reliability all equipment of each line. A dedicated 480V power panel for both lines. All power cables, ground cables, and cable trays from equipment and respective panels was sized and installed using NEC code. All equipment was ground using IEE standard. I performed the required engineering.
• Installation and Commission of Lanfranchi Bottle unscrambler - October 2017 to June 2018: Increasing the efficiency of the line. Responsible for designing and installing electrical requirements to equipment.
• Installation and Commission of Data Capture system – January 2018 to May 2018: This system monitors the efficiency of production to reduce losses. Responsible for designing system as well as installing control and power wiring for sensors and PLC.
• Installation and Commission of Capacitor banks - October 2017 to March 2018: Power factor correction of the plant to minimize reactive power for energy and cost savings.
• Motor Preventative Maintenance - October 2017 to January 2018: This project involved the collection of data of all motors from the Bottling Hall plant in SM Jaleel. The Data collected was Voltage, Full Load Amperage, Horse power, Brand, Model Number, Frame Number, Gearbox number, RPM of motor and gearbox, NEMA Size, Insulation Class and K-factor (for use of frequency drives). A spare Asset Register was done where there was always an appropriate motor replacement in the case a motor failed.
• Installation and Commission of B&H Labeler 8000s - October 2017 to November 2017: Proper sizing of breaker and cables to isolate power from machine in the event of a fault. Ensuring proper grounding is done to Fuji-seal equipment.
• Installation and Commission of Fuji seal Labeler - October 2017 to November 2017: Responsible for designing and installing electrical requirements to Equipment.
• Installation and Commission of Dryer – August 2017 to December 2017: Responsible for designing and installing electrical requirements to equipment.
• Lucozade Syrup Room - August 2017 to December 2017: Planning, identifying and precuring electrical resources needed. Responsible for Designing and installing Transformers, Power panels, AC and lighting. Supplying power and proper grounding to all equipment ensuring they are done according to international standards.
• Production Factory Structural grounding - September 2017 to November 2017: All grounding in the factory is done according to NEC and IEE standard to ensure safety, reliability and longevity of equipment.
• HB2 Warehouse Electrical - December 2017 to January 2018: Responsible for Designing, Precuring and Installing Power panels and Dry Type Transformers to supply power to the warehouse.
