I worked for many years as a LeadHand / Machine operator / Quality technician/ Compliance coordinator.

I have extensive knowledge of High-speed packaging manufacturing. Working in the bakery and pasta factory give me a wide knowledge of how to deal with multiple issues in the processing and packaging area. As I get seniority I always managed people around me, and I shared my knowledge and experience. Working as part of the quality team, as a senior person I was able to make executive decisions over quality issues and keep food safety and customer requirements as a priority.

I have multiple levels of knowledge as I am familiar with maintenance and able to perform preventive maintenance on high-speed packaging machines. I can diagnose the issues on the machines and order parts or fix and adjust as needed.

In my position, I am scheduling the production run, and supervise the daily production.

Managing the FSQA system for preparing the audits. I am training all the employees on Food Safety and Health and Safety manner. Support all requirements coming up during the production shipping or delivery. Dealing with unpredicted sudden situations as needed, and supporting the team with the decision-making process with any department as required if needed.
