I communicate clearly, resolve conflicts professionally, and write accurate reports. I'm reliable, work well in a team, and follow security protocols. I'm also experienced with CCTV systems, time management, and basic first aid.

I have developed strong front-line experience through my work with Paladin Security, where I was responsible for maintaining site safety, enforcing property rules, and responding to incidents with professionalism and calm under pressure. This role sharpened my observational skills, reinforced the importance of communication in de-escalation, and gave me valuable exposure to security procedures and reporting. Prior to this, I worked as a waiter at Fogolar Furlan, where I delivered excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, collaborated with team members during high-volume events, and handled guest concerns with patience and respect.

Both roles have strengthened my interpersonal skills, adaptability, and commitment to service—key assets I carry forward as I pursue a career in policing.

Currently enrolled in the Police Foundations program, gaining in-depth knowledge of Canadian law, criminal justice procedures, ethics, and community policing. The program emphasizes both academic and practical training, preparing me for a career in law enforcement through coursework in criminal law, conflict resolution, fitness, and investigation techniques. This education forms a strong foundation for working in public safety and aligns with my goal of becoming a police officer.
