As the Chief Engineer, I report directly to the CEO and oversee the long-term health and maintenance of the two Halifax Harbour Bridges (long-span structures), approach roads, approach structures, buildings, and other HHB facilities. I effectively manage human, technical, equipment resources, collaborate with consultants and contractors, and align efforts to meet HHB's objectives for infrastructure health, policy administration, and future expansion needs to ensure safe traffic flow and ongoing development.
