I regularly conduct patrols, perform fare compliance checks, respond to incidents dispatched by TCOM, complete detailed occurrence reports, and liaise with police and emergency services when required. Previously, as a Site Supervisor and Senior Shift Supervisor with Paladin Security, I supervised teams of up to 30+ security personnel, coordinated shift scheduling and dispatch, conducted investigations, trained staff, and advised clients on security needs and risk mitigation strategies. These roles strengthened my leadership abilities, decision-making skills, and capacity to manage complex situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
