Hi, I'm 38 years old, I have been doing customer service for past 15 years. I have worked in sales, call center, concierge, security, and courier. I am very comfortable speaking with customers. I enjoy working out, learning new things, cooking and watching movies. I really want to be apart of something where my skills and natural abilities are fully recognized and used. I want to be around positive like minded people who take pride in their job. I am a very likable guy, almost every company I've worked with everyone will know who I am.

I started my early years in customer service at gas station, then security at River Rock for 2 years. I got my Real Estate License while doing sales at Bell communications. I wasn't expanding enough so I then worked at a credit union. mostly customer service, sales. I wasn't given any growth there so I went into Rogers Communications call center. I worked there for 5 years and learned a lot. Taught me how to deal with irate customers on a mass level and being under pressure but being calm and figuring out a solution without supervision. I wanted to try driving for work because it was something I have never tried. I worked in Courier for past 4 to 5 years now. I got back into Security work, but also drive courier part time.
