About
I am a Cardiac Electrophysiologist completing CCT in July 2026, with a BHF-funded PhD at Imperial College London focused on ICD arrhythmia discrimination algorithms and haemodynamic sensing. My work sits at the intersection of clinical EP and computational methods: I developed and validated a Medtronic ICD emulator in Python, implemented signal processing pipelines for electrogram analysis, and integrated novel biomarkers to improve algorithmic rhythm classification – contributing to 14 peer-reviewed publications in Europace, Heart Rhythm, and JACC. I bring board-level clinical expertise across the full EP and device spectrum – AF ablation (RF, PFA, cryoballoon), VT ablation, conduction system pacing, complex ICD and CRT implantation – combined with advanced programming skills in Python and R.
I am experienced in translating clinical decision-making into structured analytical frameworks, designing evidence-based protocols, and evaluating algorithmic outputs against guideline-concordant standards. This combination of procedural depth, research rigour, and computational fluency makes me well-suited to designing high-quality clinical reasoning scenarios, writing attending-level reference responses, and providing expert evaluation of AI-generated cardiology content.
Experience
Cardiac Electrophysiology and Devices Fellow (ST6–7) - Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust - Hammersmith Hospital, United Kingdom
(2023-10 - 2026-07)
Full-spectrum interventional EP and device practice at a high-volume tertiary centre. Clinical decision-making across arrhythmia diagnosis, risk stratification, device selection, and management of complex device-related complications.
