Alex Iliev

I am currently a 2nd year law student at the University of Ottawa.

I recently had the opportunity to work as a litigation assistant in a law firm specializing in tort law in Ontario. My role consisted of drafting motions to institute proceedings and mediation notes, participating in meetings with clients and communications with lawyers. This experience allowed me to improve my communication skills and develop a professional relationship with opposing parties by attending mediation sessions and examinations for discovery. This experience will be useful for me to join another firm because it has further developed my skills and allowed me to acquire new knowledge.

I am currently a 2nd year Law Student at the University of Ottawa
