For the last five years, I have worn many hats inside one of Canada's leading telcos. Today, I bring half a decade of experience spanning platform engineering, business operations, and AI enablement. I design, build, deploy and operate multiple internal cloud-native tools and platforms end to end as a solo contributor, monitor various platform health metrics across the organization that impact both my projects, and my teams.

Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager - CES Stores Halifax at TELUS (2024-11 – Present)

• Led an extraordinary team of Technical Sales Representatives alongside the Store Manager, and reported directly to both the Store Manager, and the Area Manager. Acted as the immediate delegate to all store operations, performance management, vendor relations, and cross-channel communications.
• Directly Responsible for store success, including the development and excellence of team members, customer experience, store marketing initiatives, payroll, scheduling, and team coaching.
• Designed and piloted multiple store initiatives that simplified store processes and enhanced the team member experience.

Territory Sales Manager - New Product Growth, Atlantic (D2C) at TELUS (2024-03 – 2024-08)

• Recruited and trained the sales development team responsible for bringing Koodo Internet to market in Nova Scotia.
• Responsible for territory assignment, vendor relationships and event coordination, customer acquisition, and performance management.
• Saw 30,000 homes in 6 months with my team, moving 9,000 customers away from competitors, subsequently generating nearly $400k in subscription based MRR.
• Owned the customer acquisition pipeline, including the pitch, offer presentation, scheduled installations, and objection handling, and taught everything to my team.

BCX Solutions Technical Sales Representative at BCX Solutions / TELUS (2021-10 – 2023-12)

• Learned the TELUS brand, sales fundamentals, organization values, and customer service.
• Responsible for consultatively assisting PCS and Fleet clients during their service activations and renewals. Prospectively reaching out to existing and potential customers to offer services and identify product fit.
• Performed store opening and closing duties, and directly contributed to month over month growth in a high performing team.

TELUS AI enablement Advocate & Subject Matter Expert at TELUS (Present)

• Recognized point of contact for AI adoption across many teams, channels, and communities, regularly advising team members and leaders on practical, responsible use, and best practices with FuelIX, Claude, n8n, and Google AI products.
• Regularly meet with many team members around the business, advising on individual troubleshooting sessions, contributing to peer initiatives and projects, and sharing knowledge that translate AI capabilities into measurable day-to-day workflow improvement.
• Advocate for responsible innovation, including guardrails on appropriate use, data handling, and verification of AI output.
• Channel internal adoption insight back into technical decisions, shaping features, priorities, and scope for the internal platforms I build and operate.
