At Nekonail Café, I managed social media campaigns, produced photography and videography, and scheduled content with CRM tools to strengthen brand visibility. As Head of IT & Media at PERMIKA Toronto, I led event coverage, designed marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, and built digital frameworks that expanded community engagement. Previously, as an Account Manager & Strategist at Aventurine Plus, I coordinated client communication, supported campaign launches, and monitored performance to ensure strong results.
