Since graduating from the University of Windsor in 2016, I have worked as a Team Supervisor overseeing a rail traffic control room. Responsibilities here include emergency response, writing and submission of reports, stakeholder relations, planning of maintenance/rehabilitation actions and much more. During my undergrad and beyond, I have conducted research, published an Op-Ed and continued reading and writing on a regular basis
I lead a team in a rail control room setting, acting as the company representative in stakeholder relations (P3). I have an extensive history of policy development, including writing and reviewing and have spearheaded multiple new initiatives to improve work safety and efficiency. I have overseen response to emergency situations such as: natural disasters, infrastructure failures, suspected train-human contact, and gas leaks.
I thrive in a high-pressure environment and am at my best with minimal-to-no supervision
