I am looking for work! I previously worked in the Film Industry but I am looking for a new career avenue.

I am very much a people person and I thrive when working in a team environment because you are able to provide a good service experience to customers, whilst maintaining an upbeat atmosphere.

I have over 7 years of experience in Customer Service based positions. I worked at a well- known winery in Australia. I was given the responsibility of Hosting Group wine Tastings for up to 30 people, maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to the regulations and responsibilities that come with serving alcohol and handling Cash and POS sales system.

Furthermore, I worked at a Liquor Store for over 4 years, I was responsible for opening and closing the store, cashing up the register, stock management, handling customer disputes in a polite and professional manner and maintaining store cleanliness. I really enjoyed my time there, as I was able to develop customer relationships with our regular cliental.
