With over six years of experience in government policy, I’m passionate about driving evidence-based reforms that improve systems and outcomes for communities. I specialize in regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with proven expertise in areas such as anti-money laundering and sexual violence law reform. I worked at the New Zealand Ministry of Justice from 2019 to 2025, progressing through roles from National Coordinator, Court Registrar and Publishing Advisor to Policy Advisor. Over this time, I gained experience across sensitive coronial matters, court operations, legal publishing, and strategic policy reforms and development. I led major reforms in anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) and sexual violence legislation, providing strategic advice to Ministers, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and translating complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable recommendations.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Auckland, majoring in Political Science, International Relations and English Literature.
During my time at Justice, I wanted to up skill myself so completed a paper towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Policy.
