• Assisted in the day-to-day management and coordination between the Manager, Internal Software Team, Worldwide Custom Solutions and Analyst Community through dedicated emails between all parties and managed specific projects and tasks per department through Monday.com leading to coordination and cohesion among all departments
• Created a critical PowerPoint file allowing future project coordinators in my role to easily complete online databases which will lead to faster completion, efficiency, and higher return for the company
• Converted static PDF documents into online databases inputting important statistics, making sure the online platforms display data analytics so clients can easily view and navigate through them
