IT and networking student with a completed diploma in computer systems, now specializing in cybersecurity. Seeking an IT, networking, or cybersecurity co-op for a 4 to 8 month work term beginning Fall 2026. Fully licensed with access to a vehicle.

Customer Service Representative at Metro Inc. (2019-10 – Present)
- Serve as a first point of contact for customer questions and complaints in a high-volume environment, resolving most issues independently without escalating, and staying patient and approachable under pressure.
- Support customers at self-checkout terminals, walking users who are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the system through the process and teaching them to complete transactions on their own.
- Train new team members on operational procedures and policies, building the communication and documentation skills used in writing technical guides and SOPs.
