• Serve as a first point of contact for customer questions and complaints in a high-volume environment, resolving most issues independently without escalating, and staying patient and approachable under pressure.
• Support customers at self-checkout terminals, walking users who are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the system through the process and teaching them to complete transactions on their own.
• Train new team members on operational procedures and policies, building the communication and documentation skills used in writing technical guides and SOPs.
