I am a highly skilled and motivated individual with an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology - Networking from Centennial College, Toronto, Canada. My academic background and work experience have equipped me with a strong understanding of network protocols and network services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, OSPF, TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN, as well as cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP In addition to my technical skills, I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. My excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable me to work effectively with customers and team members.
I previously worked as a Senior Staff Professional at Samsung Gulf Electronics FZE in the UAE, where I excelled in the Sales Deduction and Account Receivables departments. During my time there, I developed sales deduction claim forms using Microsoft Excel Visual Basic programming and managed Africa branch sales deduction status weekly, among other responsibilities.
Prior to this role, I worked as a Process Technical Engineer at Samsung Electro-Mechanics Philippines Corp., where I was responsible for verifying and testing machines and reducing product defects through characterization model of analysis. Moreover, I lead a team of operators and technicians and provided them with process quality training, collaborated with other engineers to provide solutions for overall defects, and received several awards for my outstanding work.
