Currently I work in production in the brewing industry. I am in charge of my own lab, as well as covering procurement, scheduling, and production forecasting. I have working in the brewing industry for 4.5 years and before that I worked in the agricultural induction as a diagnostic lab technician.

I am highly organised and value efficiency. I have experience in authoring documentation such as SOP's and test methods. I work proficiently in Excel and hold an Excel Level Three Certification from SAIT.

I have used various microbiology techniques in my 7 years in testing and am well versed in aseptic sampling and testing, including having biosecurity level two lab training. I have run many investigations for out of spec processes and data to find the route cause, and made data driven changes with the results of these investigations. Weekly specification testing with data documentation is the first step on the road map for any analysis I run.
