I’m someone who follows through, not because I’m supposed to, but because I take pride in doing things well. I notice the details, the shifts in people, the small moments that often say more than the big ones. I stay steady when things get chaotic, and I make decisions with a clear head rather than reacting emotionally. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work beneath the surface, the mechanics, the patterns, the “why” behind everything.

I’m Jenna Berger. I’m driven by growth, curiosity, and the belief that discipline creates opportunity. Competing as an NCAA Division I athlete and representing Team Canada shaped many aspects of who I am, including my resilience, routine, and ability to push through discomfort. That mindset still anchors me.

My MBA has been an extension of that same drive. It’s given me space to stretch my thinking, challenge myself, and understand problems from new angles. It’s not just about business for me, it’s about learning how to build, lead, and create with intention.

I love building things: communities, ideas, connections. I’m energized by people who care deeply about what they do, and I try to bring that same energy into every space I’m in. I’m happiest when I’m learning, improving, or helping someone else find their footing.

More than anything, I’m motivated by impact. I want the things I do to matter, for the people I meet to feel supported, and for the work I put into the world to reflect who I am: steady, thoughtful, and always moving forward.
