Concentrix 

• Answered phone calls regarding vehicles for Stellantis (Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Fiat).
• Transferred calls to a number of different departments. 
• Escalated cases to the specialists for further review and assistance 
• Worked on taking multiple chats while giving updates on vehicle order statuses. 
• Managed individual cases through case management, contacted dealers and customers multiple times to assist customer in resolving their problem. 
• Followed up with customers to make sure they were not having any repeat issues after vehicle had been fixed. 

Evelyn Harrison Public School 

• Assisted students that had Autism Spectrum Disorder within a regular grade 7/8 classroom setting and assisted students that were within a developmental grade 7/8 classroom. 
• Spent time working with children on their own to help them finish assignments or understand different concepts introduced within the class. 
• Helped students from developmental class with their Life Skills lessons and understanding different holidays. 

London Children’s Connection 

• Supervised children from kindergarten to grade 6 in multiple schools during the before and after school program times. 
• Engaged in setting up different activities both inside and outside of the classroom. 
• Distributed snack to multiple children and made sure the environment was sanitary. 

Knollwood Park Public School 

• Assisted in a classroom with both Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten students. 
• Created a number of different activities for the children to enjoy and learn from. 
• Spent time with children while they were outside and when they were doing some of the activities set up in the classroom during the day. 

Northbrae YMCA Childcare

• Worked in an infant room with infants from 5 months to 18 months
• Changed diapers and fed the younger infants with infant food
• Set up activities for infants to enjoy playing with which explored their senses

Arvato Digital Services 

• Worked at a call centre for an American Bank known as Ally Bank.
• Spoke and assisted customers with their inquiries about their banking needs through the phones and through online chat.
